Rental Terms & Condition

• Contract: Minimum 1-year lease.

• Deposit: 2 months security deposit + 1 month advance rent.

• Internet: 700 THB/Month for the standard package. (If higher speeds are required, tenants can upgrade and pay the actual bill directly to the service provider).

• Management & Waste Fee: 300 THB/Month.

• Utilities (Water/Electric): Billed based on actual consumption.

• Signage Fee: Paid at actual cost (if applicable).
